What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For some products like keychains, pins, and magnets, we can accept orders as low as 50 pieces with slightly higher unit pricing. For bulk orders over 5,000 pieces, please contact us for special pricing.
How long does production take?
Standard production: 7-15 days after sample approval Express production: 5-7 days available with 15-20% rush fee Mass production: 15-25 days for orders over 10,000 pieces
Do you offer free samples?
We offer free digital mockups for all inquiries. For free physical samples, they are provided for orders over 500 pieces. For smaller orders, sample fees (typically $20-50 per item) are charged and fully deducted from your bulk order.
What customization options do you offer?
We offer comprehensive customization including: • Logo printing: Screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation • Custom colors: Pantone color matching available • Custom packaging: Blister cards, gift boxes, poly bags • World Cup licensed products: Official licensing for bulk orders
Can you match exact Pantone colors?
Yes, we can match Pantone (PMS) colors for most products. Please provide your Pantone codes when requesting a quote. We always send pre-production samples for color approval before bulk production.
Do you provide design services?
Yes, design services are FREE! Our in-house design team will create professional mockups based on your requirements. Simply send us your logo (AI/EPS format preferred) and tell us your ideas. We'll typically deliver initial mockups within 24 hours.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination: • Asia: 3-7 days • Europe: 7-14 days • North America: 10-18 days • South America/Africa/Oceania: 15-25 days
Express options (DHL/FedEx) are available at additional cost.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to 80+ countries worldwide. We work with major shipping partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight for large orders. Door-to-door delivery service is available for most destinations.
Is my order insured during shipping?
All shipments are covered by basic shipping insurance. For high-value orders (over $10,000), we recommend purchasing additional cargo insurance. We'll provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
What payment methods do you accept?
